Description
Cyra-D capsules, containing Rabeprazole and Domperidone, commonly cause mild,
temporary side effects like headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness,
flatulence, and dry mouth. While generally safe, they may also cause fatigue,
constipation, abdominal pain, or, rarely, dizziness and insomnia.
Common Side Effects
Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, flatulence, dry mouth.
Neurological: Headache, dizziness.
Other: Weakness, insomnia, cough, or nasal congestion.
Serious Side Effects and Warnings
Heart Issues: Risk of irregular heartbeat or arrhythmia due to Domperidone.
Long-term use: May lead to weakened bones (fractures) or low vitamin B12 levels.
Allergic Reactions: Seek immediate medical help for rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
Precautions
Avoid if you have severe liver or kidney disease, or heart problems.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Consult a doctor, as it may be unsafe.
Usage: Take 15-30 minutes before meals.
